Damage /Theft claim of Vehicle


The Following Are the Steps Involved :

  •     Claim intimation  to Company preferably with xerox of policy & premium receipt     
  •     Duly filled Claim Form    
  •     Driving Licence(DL) Original with xerox copy    
  •     Registration Certificate of Vehicle (RC) (Original with xerox copy)    
  •     Estimate of repairs from repairer & stamped receipt    
  •     Bills & cash memo of repairs & stamped receipt    
  •     Police Panchanama/First Information Report in major losses.    
  •     Road Tax certificate
  •     Final police investigation report  and keys of vehicle in theft cases
